I checked Neustar and it does show Cingular, but they are advising that they do not have the MDN.  We tried to see if we would be able to do a Spid rebuild but wasnt able to as Neustar is showing the Cingular services. Was adv by TL NJP and SA GS to esc to Tier 3.

I tried to place a test call to the dev but it was going to the recording about the vm not being setup. I checked RSSX and it was in RS status.   I had the cust to do a network reset, but then the call went to dead air. I called out to the cust several times, with no answer. I statyed on the line, until the call just dropped.  I called the cust back and we did finish the network reset and afterwards it did connect. Had the cust to do 360 testing and all features did work.
