We call it Double the Data plan exclusive promotion. This is actually a standard procedures for customers who are still on the Retired Mobile Share Value Plans. You have 00GB and we made it 00GB. And instead of charging $15 per GB, we give all the 00GB for only $00 including your discount. More data to use for your Social Media, streaming and playing online games. Your current bill maybe have a higher additional fee because the plan was changed in the middle of cycle.

I feel you. As a customer myself, I know where you are coming from and I am with you on this.

And I understand your concern about the additional cost and I agree that you do not use that much data. I can get you back to the previous plan but as this is a system initiated update, your plan will be then again grandfathered and will automatically be changed back to the new plan. This will only cause you prorated charges on your next bill.

On the other hand, if we retain the current plan, you'll have more data available for usage, you can enjoy more of the videos and programs you love watching on your phone and you can share the extra data to other devices through hotspot. What do you think?

I truly understand that you were not aware of the sudden changes on your wireless plan, if you feel like this plan may not work best for you, we can definitely check other plan options that may suit your need and budget. Rest assured i will do my best here to help you.

 If declined :

As I understand we have concerns about this recent update, I would love to share that instead of just a change with the plan cost, AT&T made a way to also Increase the Allotted data to keep up with the plan change so that our customers will get more benefits with it and still be able to maximize your data, and as i checked your account this is the best plan for you.

I apologise if you may have not received any notifications about the plan shifting, though AT&T has tried its best sending notifications via email/ sms to all its customers
