DOUBLE THE DATA
This is actually a Standard Procedure (SOP) which will roll up for our customers who are still on the Grandfathered / Retired plan Mobile Share Value plans- which means it is no longer available from our system but our customers which has it can keep it the added data. The change is that it DOUBLES the GB you have. So let's say we're on the __GB plan, it will then be for ___GB for with a price difference of $5/$10.

I can see here your plan is already Retired plan MSVP 15GB. Now AT&T started to revise this plans to prevent getting left behind on improving service, specially the data service will step up to 5G access, Afterall, AT&T will start to rollout the fastest network 5G Evolution that will surely make things 2x faster thus consume data faster on your phones.
This is to prevent any possible overages. On this matter your plan now is Mobile Share Value 30GB and the extra 15GB you receive is just $8.30 added on your monthly rate.
I can see here this is a good opportunity to take advantage extra 15GB for only $8.30 a month this will really help to get more data and preventing any data overages.

I feel you. As a customer myself, I know where you are coming from and I am with you on this.
And I understand your concern about the additional cost and I agree that you do not use that much data. I can get you back to the previous plan but as this is a system initiated update, your plan will be then again grandfathered and will automatically be changed back to the new plan.This will only cause you prorated charges on your next bill.
On the other hand, if we retain the current plan, you'll have more data available for usage, you can enjoy more of the videos and programs you love watching on your phone and you can share the extra data to other devices through hotspot. What do you think?

As I understand we have concerns about this recent update, I would love to share that instead of just a change with the plan cost, AT&T made a way to also Increase the Allotted data to keep up with the plan change so that our customers will get more benefits with it and still be able to maximize your data, and as i checked your account this is the best plan for you
