I was able to check it. I see here that you are affected about the increased of the price rate on one of our grandfathered plans. It increased by $0 and the discount of $0 from autopay and paperless is no longer eligible. This happened specially on old plans.
The customer service summary you received may say different amount because the computations of taxes there is not accurate and estimated only. I can assure you that the additional charge is only $00
